How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.(Layaway Plans also accepted)

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Returns and exchanges

We offer 15 days return policy.

* ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

* The buyer must contact us for return instructions. Our address for product returns may not be the same as our mailing address and returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted, or may incur additional charges in order to redirect to the proper location.

* All accessories are still bagged, as received.
 
* Returning costs will be paid by the buyer.

* 15% restocking fee will apply (if item is defective,We will not charge restocking fee)

* * U$10.00 off (Your first order promotion "if there is" will be debited of the final balance)

All layaway options are available to U.S.A and International buyers.

** A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to 30% of the price is required.
(not all dolls are available for layaway plan.).

(1) CONTACT us via our e-mail.

(2) We will adjust the item to a DEPOSIT ONLY. The deposit must be equal to or GREATER than 30% of the price of the baby. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

(3) Upon payment of the deposit through PayPal, we will determine the balance due and send invoices on the agreed upon payment plan (bi-weekly or monthly).

(4) ALL LAYAWAYS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF DEPOSIT (if not paid in two months there will be handling charges and Free shipping privilege,promotions or discounts will be forfeit)

(5) Shipping & handling fees will be added to the final payment.

(6) Layaway orders cancelled before final payment forfeit all monies paid. No refunds, partial or otherwise will be granted on layaway orders. 

(7) Doll will be shipped when final payment is completed as well as any discount pending will be effectuated when final payment is completed.

We will reserve listings for customers up to 4 weeks {1 month}

Shipping

We ship worldwide and have considerable expertise in international shipping, based on many years of experience.

We offer: 

Free shipping( USA), Overnight shipping,Expedited Shipping.

International First Class.
Priority mail international 6-10 days.
Priority mail express international 3-5 days.

Dolls are dispatched with Tracking and Signature Confirmation at no additional cost.

International orders include insurance at no additional cost.

We will ship international, ** Please be aware we have no control over custom charges, that varies country to country**. 

Sometimes they charge and sometimes they do not. If a country decides to tax an item that comes in that cost is the responsibility of the buyer. 

We have no way of knowing that information, nor could we collect tax for another country.
